Bridget Webber

Clinical Psychologist


Bridget is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist and registered Primary School teacher.

Bridget has worked at Life Giving Psychology Resolutions since 2008.  She enjoys working with people across all age groups but is particularly passionate about engaging with adolescents and young adults. Bridget has the ability to build rapport quickly and has a keen eye for identifying underlying and complex difficulties. 

Bridget is experienced in the assessment, treatment and management of individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns including mood disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, personality difficulties, suicidal risk, grief and adjustment concerns, low self-worth, weight management and eating disorders.

In keeping with Life Giving Psychology Resolution’s philosophy Bridget is committed to working within evidence-based assessment and treatment guidelines. She has completed training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy, PTSD and Trauma counselling, Schema Therapy, aspects of Neurospychotherapy and Chronic Disease Management including Eating Disorders and Weight Management.
